Elite's player controlled ships top out at 200m, where as SC's top out at 1km (Bengal carrier, super rare) and 345m (Destroyer) SC's Kraken carrier is 270m, and to keep to the topic, the interior is large enough to have a monorail/subway for mobility inside. The more good ideas players make for really good gameplay inside the ships, the better the odds of having full interiors added. Walking inside the ship could be fun maybe five-ten times and then not really be used again, of course depending on the player. I would also like to see ship interiors, but it has to make sense to add it.

No matter what you say, they will think that if they can't make engineering and grind part of the interior system, that it's just not possible.

22. [deleted] • 2 yr. ago. I've said this before that the simplest solution is to add interiors the same way Bethesda does interiors. You activate the door, the screen goes black, the interior is loaded, and you're placed inside. Disconnecting the interiors from the limitations of the ship's geometry is easier.
